I want to thank you for taking the time to visit our website!  Please know that we take a lot of pride in our products as well as our customer service.  

Every product we carry is made by our artisans at The Dorsett House, Inc. and all of our raw materials are bought in the U.S.  Our hides are domestic and our dyes are all American made.

Please don't ever hesitate to call.  We can answer any question about any one of our products and we are always happy to hear from prospects as well as current customers.

I believe our products are the most well made products on the market and we will stand behind (or on the side...or front) of every one of our products.

And one final note.  You will notice that we don't use a payment system on our website.  There are two reason for this.  First, we want you to call us.  No really, I'm not kidding, we have great customer service (the threat of flogging is a great motivator for our CSR)!  And, secondly security.  Our customers' credit card numbers are never in our computer system.  Our credit card sales slips only have two copies.  One goes to you and one goes to the accountant in a four foot stack of papers (he doesn't like us).  This is the best security system we can offer our customers.
